The religious family of the Missionaries of Faith begun through the intuition - inspiration of Miss. Anna Maria Andreani.  Since her youth, she resolved to a consecrated life, which she realized in making the profession of vows of chastity and obedience in 1964 as a secular Carmelite tertiary with the name of Magdalene of the Divine Martyr.


On December 25, 1982, the late Joseph Card. SIRI erected the Pious Union Missionaries of Faith to Religious Congregation. Anna Maria Andreani, then God’s instrument was sided by Fr. Luigi Duilio Graziotti, a Dehonian Father.
